Extravafrench

Marie on Extravafrench:

There are music pieces that make you dance, others that make you cry. And then there's The Journey by BigDenBoo, which teleports you to a world you've never seen, but always felt beating under your skin. It's not an album, it's a spatio-emotional rift. A sonic fresco between lucid dream and old video game crackling in an abandoned console.

(.../...) Each track is a stop in a story without images, where the setting is created in the hollows of your own memories. This is the magic of BigDenBoo: it hands you the map, but lets you trace the route.

Biography web

Alka Jamo on Biography Web:

As you can tell this album was a cohesive story with fantastic storytelling instrumentation. Under Captain Bright’s command, Scott Becker and his younger brother Tyler have recently joined the crew of the Vengeance ship. Their objective was to Destroy a band of pirates who had taken up residence on a marshy island and were persistently threatening the tranquil city of Staoslam. The album took us on this adventure too and I must say I loved every bit of it. This was such a fun album but don’t take my word for it, I implore you to have a listen and thank me later.
