A few days after his fall into the well, Tyler awakens in a cave located beneath the temple of Mantra island. He is unharmed and has no memory of the outcome of the fight against the pirates. He flees the area and discovers a coastal village on the island. He decides to leave the island to find his brother, Scott.
Once back on the mainland, he embarks on a solitary journey across Takkanor to Lienwood, in the Moonlit peaks, where he finally reunites with Scott, safe and sound.
